14-Day Exchange Policy
1. Following industry practices, customized clothing products do not support "no-reason return and exchange" policy.
2. If the product you received has quality issues, such as serious fading, pattern peeling, misprinted patterns, or non-human damage, please contact us within 14 days (inclusive) of the delivery. Kindly provide photos of the issue for verification. Once verified, we will either remake or replace the product.
3. If there is a discrepancy between the quantity of the product you received and the actual order, please directly contact your customization consultant. We will verify the situation and resolve it promptly.
Note: The following situations are not considered product quality issues:
- The product only has a sizing issue but no quality problem;
- The product is delivered beyond 14 days from the date of receipt;
- The product is damaged due to human factors (e.g., being scratched by sharp objects, chewed by pets, etc.);
- The received product matches the style, color, and fabric displayed, but does not meet expectations (you can view samples before ordering);
- Dissatisfaction with the inherent properties of the fabric, such as poor wrinkle resistance of cotton fabric, or floating fibers on dark-colored clothes;
- Craft-related characteristics that do not meet expectations (you can choose to order a sample).
Repair Service
If the product is damaged due to improper use or other human factors, we provide repair and replacement services within 30 days (inclusive) of the signing date. The customer is responsible for any related costs. Whether the product can be repaired depends on the specific situation. Please consult your consultant for more details.
Add Order Service
Within 45 days (inclusive) of the confirmation of the artwork and payment completion, additional orders for the same style, design, and process (excluding embroidery) can be placed under the add-order policy. Orders with less than 30 pieces are limited to one additional order. Orders of 30 pieces or more have no limit on the number of additional orders.
